Blackmagic Design Intensity Shuttle with Thunderbolt - BINTSSHU/THBOLT
Blackmagic Design's Intensity Shuttle features all the video connections you need for your cameras, set-top boxes, game consoles, large screen TVs, projectors and more. Capture and playback in the highest quality HDMI and component analog video, all at incredibly fast Thunderbolt data transfer speeds, up to 10Gbps! Intensity Shuttle allows you to capture uncompressed 1080HD video with a compact and highly portable device, powered straight from its computer connection. Input and output connections on opposites sides allow the Intensity Shuttle to easily fit in line with your existing setup. Intensity Shuttle serves as a pass-through device only--data does not stay in the Shuttle before moving onto the computer, though it can adjust resolution so that it arrives at a higher or lower quality.
Intensity Shuttle lets you work with uncompressed video, leaving your computer free for real time effects and unencumbered by compression and decoding delays. Intensity also works with compressed video that is still higher quality than HDV, and you can use popular editing software codecs such as Apple ProRes and Avid DNxHD. Record your camera's full quality video before any compression is applied, by directly capturing from a built-in HDMI output (included on many modern video cameras). Intensity can create QuickTime™ and AVI video files for DVD and Blu-ray authoring from uncompressed media, for higher quality, stunning visuals on your discs. Intensity works with all the leading streaming software to improve the quality of your internet video, by capturing the highest quality video before applying a single form of compression that suits video delivery over the web.
Blackmagic Intensity models work with all the most popular software you love--including DirectShow™. QuickTime™, Media Composer 6™, Final Cut Pro™, Premiere Pro™, PhotoShop™, After Effects™, and Nuke™.
